Orchard Building was founded in 2022 by Zach Walker with the aim to provide a first class “start-to-finish” building company in South Oxfordshire and West Berkshire.

A carpenter by trade, completing an advanced apprenticeship in 2015, Zach has worked on numerous projects ranging from small maintenance jobs, kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, full house renovations and multiple new build properties. In addition to working on these projects himself, he has also managed them, liasing with clients, architects, structural engineers, building control, subcontractors and the surrounding locals too.

We take on mainly extensions, refurbishments, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms. With access to a base of local, trusted tradespeople and suppliers we can bring your projects to life.
